𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐟𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐠𝐠🥚🥢

Ingredients:
* 1 container silken tofu
* 3 tbsp soy paste (recipe below)
* 3 tbsp water
* 3–4 cloves garlic
* 1 tsp dark soy sauce
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 2 century eggs
* Pork floss
* Green onion
* Cilantro
* Chili crisp (optional, for some heat)
Soy Paste:
* 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1.5 tbsp cornstarch/tapioca flour
* 2 tbsp water

Instructions:
1. Gently flip the silken tofu out onto a plate. Steam it for 5–10 minutes until warmed through.
2. Mash or grate garlic; chop green onion and cilantro.
3. To make soy paste: In a small pan over low-medium heat, combine soy sauce and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Mix cornstarch (or tapioca flour) with water until smooth, then add it to the pan. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
4. Add water, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and mashed garlic with the soy paste; mix well to combine.
5. Peel the century eggs carefully, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
6. Pour the sauce evenly over the warm tofu. Top with century egg pieces, pork floss, green onion, cilantro, and chili crisp (if using). Enjoy!

𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 🍌💛

Ingredients: Finger Part
* 1/2 cup tapioca flour
* 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
* 30g sugar
* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
* 2–3 ripe bananas
Stalk Part
* 1/4 cup tapioca flour
* 1/4 cup glutinous rice flour
* 30ml pandan extract (juice)

Instructions:
1. Mash 2–3 ripe bananas. Cook on medium heat until thick, sticky, and no longer watery (but not burnt!).
2. In a bowl, mix tapioca flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar, and turmeric powder.
3. Add hot banana mash into the flour mix. Knead until smooth, stretchy, and soft. 👉 Too dry? Add hot water slowly. Too wet? Add a bit more tapioca flour.
4. Cover and rest dough for 30 mins.
5. For the green stalk: mix tapioca + glutinous rice flour. Heat 30ml pandan juice + 1 tbsp tapioca flour until thick and sticky ( It should be cohesive but still a little wet, like a loose dough).
6. Combine and knead into a smooth green dough. Rest for 30 mins.
7. Use a silicone banana mold: press yellow dough in the “finger” part. Use a pointed stick to remove a bit of dough from “stalk” area, then fill with green dough.
8. Pop out and repeat!
9. Boil until they float, then ice-bath for 2 mins.
10. Use as a fun topping for banana-based desserts. Here, I mixed mashed banana with banana milk and spooned it over with the tapioca bites. Enjoy!

𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐔𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐫-𝐅𝐫𝐲 🍜🥢🦐🦑🌶️🧄🧅🥕🫑

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 * 300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
* 100g squid (cleaned & scored)
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp pepper
* 4 tbsp neutral oil
* 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
* 1/4 capsicum (sliced)
* 1 cup cabbage (julienned)
* 1 cup brown onion (sliced)
* 1 cup carrot (julienned)
* 1 portion udon noodles (pre-cooked or thawed)
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tsp vinegar
* 1 tbsp chili crisp (or chili oil/powder – adjust to taste)
* White sesame seeds (for garnish)
* Sliced green onion (for garnish)

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Marinate shrimp and squid with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, mix your sauce: soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, vinegar (just 1 tsp, don’t overdo it or it’ll smell and taste too vinegary!), and chili crisp.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, then sauté the marinated seafood until just cooked. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil and stir-fry the onion, cabbage, capsicum, and carrot until slightly softened.
5. Add the udon noodles and pour in the prepared sauce. Toss to combine.
6. Add back the seafood and stir everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
7. Plate it up. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
8. Enjoy while it’s hot!
